Last Plant Alive is a haunting installation showcasing a single, real plant in a dystopian world of artificial flora.

The installation consists of a floor projection on vines that recoil at touch of humans. The vine projection leads up to the last plant alive surrounded by it's mechanical counterparts. As visitors explore, their presence triggers sensors that cause the artificial flora to recoil in alarm, creating a powerful metaphor for humanity’s impact on the environment. The piece urges reflection on our environmental legacy and the urgent need for conservation.
